I went to Makro on Monday and Tuesday looking for a laptop. On Monday I was told to came the following day because the person who works with mac was not available. I went again on Tuesday an I was told that the laptop I am looking for need to be ordered from head office. I was going to receive a call Wednesday morning which I never did. When ever I call them the person who supposed to help me is not available. I could have gone to the another shop and bought it there but because I am makro loyal customer Went there. This is poor service and incompetent at its best. I am loosing income because of their incompetent stuff.
