Hirsch's
Dstv not installed properly

On the 15th of January we bought a dstv decoder from hirsch's Mega city and it was installed on the 17th by Thabiso. Satellite was mounted in a place that coursing 13 channels not to play. For the past 2week we have been trying to get him to fix the problem but he's been giving a run around. We even went to hirsch's to check if they can help but they told us Thabiso report to no one. Please assist
