We spent over R40000 at Hirsch's in the last 3 months and just spent R20000 on Samsung Airconditioning only to suffer bad service every step of the way. We were quickly promised that our units would be installed the following Saturday only to have to call half the staff at both branches to find out nothing. Eventually we got the installers number only to find out there was no stock of the 24000BTU &were not intending on coming to install either of the two units at all while I sat at home awaiting them for hours. No one bothered to call. We bought it there on condition that it would be installed that Saturday & there was stock available. We wasted one of our few days off for nothing. Hirsch's blamed the installers and the installers said Hirsch's were out of stock and no one bothered to tell us. My mom & uncle have large houses & were going to buy the same product for their homes but after our experience they bought from Dion wired instead. Although the installers were fantastic the for the 1st unit, staying late to finish, a week later I'm waiting for them to come install our 2nd unit and they are nearly 3hrs late. Hirsch's is yet to call to check up on the situation
