Out of stock after four weeks wait!

I placed an order with [URL Removed] for a text book on 29 July 2013 and they advised that it should be delivered by 22 August 2013. Today on 19 August 2013 they canceled my order saying they are out of stock! I would like to know how am I as a student suppose to study if my text book that I have been waiting for since 29 July 2013 gets cancelled 3 days before delivery? How do you only realize 3 days before you suppose to deliver a product that has already been payed for 4 weeks ago that you don't have it? I don't appreciate [URL Removed] earning interest on my money and not delivering on there obligations! This is unacceptable!!!
