5 WEEK wait for a Laptop Mouse

On the 10 December purchased a "Grey Wireless Mobile Mouse3500" on Groupon SA, it said allow 4 weeks for delivery.
On the 7 January 2013 i inquired about the product and why haven't i received it as yet, I was told "NB: Redemption takes place between 5 - 7 working days from the date of purchase, depending on the amount of orders placed for a specific product."

it has now been 4 weeks and 4 days and I am yet to receive the Wireless Mouse purchased
