Take alot! No feedback and apology

After dozens of orders I get poor service from you! No apology, no feedback and still no delivery. I placed notes on my last few orders stating deliver after 5 and it doesn't happen.

I asked why offer this if you can't meet the requirement, no feedback. I sent emails yesterday following up on and complaining with no feedback until this afternoon. I called the call centre, lady calls me back and says they will send it to the closest post office... what the he'll? I paid for Door or Dorris delivery. Never heard from her again.
Ntombi zilwa decides to respond to emails now, she can't read or understand because instead of answering my requests or rectifying the matter, she sends me standard responses,
