Double charges topped off with Bad attitude!!

After being double charged for an item, I called the store, hoping to speak to the manager. I was then dealt with by an extremely rude receptionist, named Nhoxolo, who after putting me through the third degree hence annoying me further, hang up on me, instead of transferring the call. After many telephone expenses incurred on me, I finally got to speaking to the manager, who promised to revert to me, but I have not heard from him since, therefore my query is no further advanced... while they comfortably sit with the money that I have been double charged! Cheek of it! During the same shopping experience, I was told to forfeit my attempt to purchase a skirt and leave it behind instead, as it was not priced or coded. I insisted it be dealt with the following day and that the item be then transferred to a store closer to me, for collection. That has not been addressed as yet either. This from a store which keeps increasing my credit limit as I normally pay double, or full in advance as I do not need to hold an account! Of the eight items purchased, 1 being Sissy Boy Jeans @ R1000, 00 alone, seems my business is not needed, so I best sever ties with Edgars and offer patronage elsewhere!
