Found a cockroach in the food at the spar deli

I purchased lunch from the spar deli and got back to the office dished it onto a plate and discovered a cooked cockroach in my food. Returned the food back to spar and received my money back but no action seemed to follow with regards to all the food on display in the deli. Potentially more customers where exposed to the contaminated food. Very disgusting and implies the kitchen is not hygienic. I'm disappointed as this was my regular lunch spot.
