Will never eat from spar canteen again

I decided to have lunch at spar carletonville upon entering the food area I found a lady cleaning the counter with no gloves, I assumed I would be served by someone else but to my surprise she served me. She did not put on gloves and handled my polystyrene container bare hands and the cleaning water was still dripping of her hands naturally into my food container, than I told her what I wanted and she just took a spoon from another food item and dished out mine i saw two spoons for about 10 differnt dishes, finally I pay for my stuff go out when open the food I find a piece of cotton and the food was ice cold, needless to say I will never eat from that spar again.
