Pick 'n Pay
I had to pay what the till rang up

I popped into pick n pay to buy a box of cigarettes. The price displayed was R29 but rang up as R30 rand. I told the teller that the price clearly said R29 on the shelf. She just stared at me and said she had to call her supervisor.
The supervisor was busy packing cigarettes into the shelf behind him and first finished what he was busy with before attending to me! I told him that I cannot pay a different price to what it says on the shelf. He then told me the price on the shelf is wrong and turned around again. I told him that what you see is what you pay. He then took R1 out the till and basically threw it at me. No apology no nothing.
It is not an issue of R1 but disgusting service with no apology or explanation. I will never shop at Pick n Pay Nichol again.
