First of all I ordered the sandals one day and it came the next day, so i was thrilled already. the pair of sandals I purchased in November, sorry to say was bad quality the inside lining was wearing away and i only wore them once but i loved them, a week or so later i requested an exchange and Shalaine at Zando handled my query efficiently and painlessly. To my surprise I received the exchange before the shoes was collected (courier lagged) BUT was a very happy customer.
BUT ALAS it happened to the 2nd pair as well, so I was pretty sad but confident that Zando will sort it. And I emailed Shalaine as I wanted the same person to assist me. however got I got assisted by Shabier who's standard of service was just as awesome as the previous Agent. Quick easy and painless. I was skeptical doing online shopping BUT ZANDO and their efficient and friendly staff restored my faith. :-) they offered me a refund or a credit and I chose the credit, i don't mind spending my money where great service is rendered.
