False Advertising

I was distinctly looking to purchase WHITE sandals and came across a pair on the Zando Website. I ordered what was advertised as White Sandals and paid for them. Once delivered they arrived and are OFF White. Even the box says so. Why advertise WHITE when they are clearly not. I have now paid for something that has had to be returned and am told that it will take 5 working days before I can expect a refund. Honestly, I would never have ordered the shoes if they were OFF WHITE. I find this rather frustrating and inconvenient. I don't think I will use Zando again as I don't believe that what is advertised is what they deliver.
