Markham
Not worthy being a manage

We stay in Table View and visit your Markham branch there quite often. However... today was the last time I will set foot in your branch.
Numerous times (on weekends) when we either pay a account or shop, the manageress brings her son with. He is all over the show, behind the counter, running around est. I have asked her 2 times as to why she does that as it is not pleasant. we also have a 3 year old boy however he behaves himself.
The staff in the store is NEVER friendly, not even greeting .. they look so depress. It is already depressing walking in there with NO variety of items, then you still have to deal with unpleasant staff as well.
on the 28th I had to report a cellphone .. again not a pleasant experience. After a heated argument again, staff treating me to lay a charge as I told a senior manager what is really going on in his store, bad attitude when the senior manager put the phone down, rolling of eyes, calling other staff and shouting and screaming in front of clients... is this how you run your business??? please can I have the CEO or MD's details so I can address this with him/her. I will NOT tolerate being treated or talk to in that way!
