I do monthly online shopping and always specify that there should be no substitutes as the personal shopper's personal shopper discretion is manned by someone who has clearly no discretion. For example, once I ordered sugar free and fat free peanut butter and was sent full fat peanut butter??!! Anyway, I complained that I purchased 3 x Hipp Organic Creamy Oats Porridge and was sent Banana flavour after specifying no substitutes for ALL my purchases. These products are to the value of R120. I told the call centre to replace the items with my next order for the correct order. The delivery guy took the incorrect items and did not replace them. I have not heard from PnP after emailing two complaints (I have the "read reciepts" to proof that they have read my emails, but no reply as to the replacement or refund. This is and I intend taking this to the highest level. They are wasting my time and money. They've taken goods from my home and that is the last I have heard from them. PATHETIC SERVICE.
