I have received an SMS from Capitec advising me that 2 debits were done on my account! the First one for the amount R1287.00 and the second for an additional R321.00 for the company MONEYSTARSO!!!
FIRSTLY I DO NOT KNOW WHO THE THESE PEOPLE ARE!!!
The branch manager at Woodmead basically told me that this is my problem and she cannot help me, I mean what kind of service is this??? She also mentioned that after the 15th a notification was sent saying that no debits were going to be refunded to clients! I did not receive any communication!
I then called your head office and spoke to a very unhelpful Jeannine who basically told me that I can close my account. IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE A BANK GIVES NOWADAYS??
I WILL NOT GET ANY LETTERS FROM MONEYSTARSO FOR MY REFUND AS I DO NOT KNOW WHO THE THEY ARE!!! SECONDLY IF MY MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED TO ME BEFORE!
I WANT MY REFUND NOW!!!
