Consumer Council
Advised they do not do private cases

I went to the consumer council on the 10 December 2012, filled aout all the forms only to be told they do deal with private sales. Went to a lawyer who advised they should be assisting with all consumer queries be it private or dealers. that is exactly what i also understood. this council was created for the people, to assist them in their time of need.
Sad how all these departments just want to pass the buck, too lazy to do their jobs.
Quite disappointed with my first experience dealing with them.
