I was robbed inside Makro Centurion on 30/1/2014. After reporting the incident to security I returned to the reception desk where Lawrence assisted me. He made all the calls to the financial institutions in order for me to stop the cards. He made sure that I did not forget any of the cards in my purse. His attitude and assistance made the whole experience less stressful. I want to thank Lawrence once again for going the extra mile in assisting me on Thursday.
