Awesome Service

Bad service is something that we as South Africans are just so used to that when something like this happens it just has to be made public!!! I recently went to Makro Centurion with a complaint of my 47" LG Television that was not working. Neo Sebolela helped me in rekord time by assisting me with receipts that I no longer had and booked in my TV in rekord time as well! I really thought it was going to be tedious but he simply made it painless!! He also took the time and care to explain the whole process to me so that I didn't have to wonder about anything! Wen I had an uncertainty on this issue he kindly took me to Malibongwe Mxengane who also assisted me in no time at all!! These two guys are awesome and did a spectacular job!! Well done guys! You are the only reason I will buy from Makro again (after threatening not too ever again) and will refer anybody who needs to buy anything to you two!!
