Wedding Registry - Terrible service!!!

I went to Mr. Price (The Grove) last week to creat a wedding registry. It all started when the lady who helped me looked like she just started (couldnt find the letters on the keyboard) and I literally had to repeat my details about 7 times which was very frustrating... Ok maybe shes still training but at least have someone next to her to help out?!

The registry was finally set up and we started scanning... 10 minutes later the Manager on duty begged us to hurry up as someone else needed the scanner. He suggested to help us pick out gifts just to quicken the process... What the?! I want to do things at my own time and not have someone hanging over my shoulder. I got fed up so I gave him the scanner, got my print out and left.

So yesterday I went to the branch in Montana to add to my registry... we scanned and when we got to the till.. they realized they didnt clear the items scanned by the previous customer so I had 500 items when I only scanned about 110. We had to go through the list and mark everything... The cashier 'assumed' everything was fine and printed the list and when I checked, some of the things I scanned last week were gone. TOTALLY PATHETIC! No more MrPH
