In September 2013 I placed an order on a cooking set they advitised. Thought I will spoil the wife with new cook ware. They mailed me and said the shipment has been despatch and will arrive any day. So I phoned and said that we are at work during business hours and need to confirm the day the parcel will be delivered. A week after that I received a call from a very freindly lady from homechoice asking did I received my cookware. I replied confused with a no. She replied that they have a signed invoice confirming the delivery. I replied that neither me or my wife has received the parcel. She said our made signed for it. I don't have a made and I live in a complex. The name on the delivery note doesn't even live in our complex. There is only 12 houses in this complex. So I had to send an avidavit via email and they will start with investigation and keep me posted. All I receive is a statement every month saying I will have a bad credit record if I don't pay. I am not paying for anything I didn't receive. So I phoned homechoice again on the 4th of January 2014. They apologize and said they will rectify it. Still today I get an invoice and get charge Intrerest and service fees.
