I got an sms that my parcel was delivered on the 24th of August and signed for by a third party (Ms Ndlela) of wich I do not know this person. I never received any parcel, and from the 5th of September I have been faxing and emailing my affidavid everyday, and never heard any feedback. Lastly on 9Sep, I spoke to Melanie and she told me to email to [Email Removed] and she confirmed that she received my affidavit, and that I should wait for the invistigation. Now I get harrassing calls from homechoice collections department, for not paying my account. I wanna know why didn't you phone me when the parcel was delivered, and confirm if the third party can sign for my parcel, and how come I'm getting the statements and catalogues at the right adress but you failed to deliver the parcel at the correct adress.
