I bought a defy refrigerator from Bradlows in 2009 and in 2011 it started giving problems by not freezing on the upper side then I was advised the product was still under warranty and I should bring it in. I brought in the product for repairs at the very same store Bradlows vermuelen branch my fridge was at the store from 2011 until recently in April 2013 when the store was closing. I was informed the fridge was repaired and ready to be used to my surprise the fridge is not functioning I contacted the branch and I was informed defy will contact me and repair the fridge at my premises. Defy never contacted me I straggled with Bradlows vermuelen and Sammy marks to get assistance to no avail. I contacted them today at Bradlows Sammy marks and the lady called contacted me back only to inform me that the warranty has lapsed and what irritates me most and find it as a luck of client services this warranty lapsed while it was in their capable hands for repairs. I want my refrigerator repairs or I will never purchase anything at any Bradlows and I will check my warranty of my sony bravia and the sofa's warranty because Bradlows is taking advantage of its loyal customer.
