My husband and I opened an acc in store on Wednesday. We decided to take a fridge and washing machine because we were moving out in 3 days. We were then told that we had to leave, after waiting for over an hour to sign the documents, because the system was down. We left at about 2pm but had no calls from Lewis until I called numerous times to speak to the woman who assisted us but she was not available. Thursday, no call no nothing. Friday, no call no nothing. We went to the store on Saturday. Upon arrival the woman told us to sit and she left us at her desk. Thats when started being active on the acc dojng follow ups. I callec her and asked what happened. She passed on the buck by saying its her managers fault. Tantrums flew because this day im moving to a house with no fridge and washing!!! Instead of apologising and trying yo make things right, the 2 women were screaming over my upset tone. The manager came over with no interest of fixing anything and just told us to lower our tones. I told them to keep their acc and furniture and as I walked out the 2 women started reminding me that the acc is not on my name but my husbands so I shou
