Excellent Service

I have purchased a few items from Louis Vuitton in Cape Town over the last month, and all I have to say is the service is exceptional. In particular, Paul Whitehouse goes the extra mile for the customer.

I am in Durban and have had to have the items couriered to me, and even when there was a mix-up with the courier company, Paul went out of his way to assist, including personally messaging me updates on the progress.

He is a credit to Louis Vuitton and I would not buy from any other store.

Thanks for restoring my faith that 'Customer Service' still exists.
