In your response to me you seem to be suggesting that I have signed consent for an increase in credit (or temporary facility as you call it). You and I know this is not true. I date you to make a definitive statement directed to me about this rather than advise customers in general to check before they sign.

Otherwise produce proof that I did sign for an increase Truworths to provide a temporary facility. I would also appreciate a section or clause in the National Credit Act that allows any company to provide credit (which you have decided to term temporary facility) to a consumer without fully informing them.

Further, regarding our telephone conversation, due to your attitude I indicated to you that I wanted to deal with your boss. And no I have not been helped since then- again you make no definitive statements about what transpired in the telephone conversation that was supposed to help me with my specific query exactly
