Unauthorised credit limit increase

Sheila Mbatha responded to my below complaint, but her response basically indicated I should go and view the signed docket in the store. I clearly indicated in my complaint that I did not sign and therefore there cannot be a docket. I did respond over a week ago, and to date had no response from Sheila.
INITIAL COMPLAINT:
Last month a consultant wanted me to sign a paper in which I agree that I can afford the limit on my account. I informed her that I was not going to sign it, since I never requested for my limit to be increased and I previously requested that it should be reduced to R5000. I then asked her if she increased my limit and therefore want me to sign the paper, she said no she did not. According to my recent statement it has been increased and I did not sign the print-out she gave me.
Please note that increasing my limit without my consent is breach on the Credit Act.
