Customer service at it's best

I went to Pick n Pay Wynberg at about 9am and was helped by Shameelah. In fact it's not the first time I was assisted by her and every time this lady has this friendly smile and eagerness to be of assistance. But today stood out for me it was early in the morning and that smile was there. I told her I forgot my wallet at home but I'm busy with a fruit basket for a sick lady in hospital and I'm like buying limited stuff just to fill the basket then it happened I was 50cent sort for a R3.25 packet sweets and you know what Shameelah scratched out all the 5cents that the customers leave behind and said Sir you so kind how can she not let me add the R3.25 Sweets and she rang it. At that moment I felt honored to be a customer of Pick n Pay because staff like Shameelah really make me want to be that loyal customer to Pick n Pay. Shameelah you made my Friday and thank you for your excellent and friendly service.
