Threatened by manager and no feedback on complaint

After submitting a complaint (0601140046/GO) I received a single phone call assuring me that due to the severity of this offence it was being escalated to the relevant regional managers and I would receive feedback within 48 hours.

The e-mail reads, "Should you not get any feedback within 48 hours, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in following up". No contact details were enclosed so I later replied to the e-mail asking for an update on the 9th of January, to which no response has been acknowledged.

The store manager in question pulled in front of my vehicle in the parking lot of Killarney Mall (dressed in uniform with name badge still on), proceeded to get out of his car, walk up to my driver side window to threaten us for a near collision he had caused.

The indolence in the handling of such an incident is simply unacceptable.
