Stop all purchases from BAT

I am a Caltex Retailer and own four sites (Caltex Welridge - Acc no: 161819 (16181), Caltex Golf Club - Acc no: 843324 (84332), Caltex Weststar - Acc no: 16120, Caltex Centrecourt - Acc no: 163509 (16350)), The accounts and the allocations of our payments are an absolute mess and after two months of trying to do BAT's staff's work for them we decided to stop all dealings with them and close the accounts. The also demanded to take cash for cigarettes sold at Caltex Weststar which left us with a huge security risk keeping R30 000 per week cash on site. We purchase plus minus R100 000 per week in the group from BAT but are just sick and tired of the incompetence of their staff. I have a list of emails sent but can no longer spent any energy with such unprofessional people. BAT also think they are doing you a favour by supplying cigarettes because the service is ZERO!
