I have sent a complain to Fresh Stop department and they forwarded the email to the store Owner I complained about. My complaint was that the owner was not managing the store well and the service from staff was pathetic. They close there till just as you walking towards the till point, do don't help when assistance is required. To top if off, when the owner is told about it he brushes it one side. Anyways when I sent my complaint to the department and they forwarded it to the owner Liyaquat Parker he's response was him being so angry at the fact that I complaint. When I responded that I do approach his wife and him and they do not assist and the Fresh Stop at waterfront are more organized friendly helpful and FRESH-as the name states. He had this to say about fresh stop department "Hi boss Did you know i own waterfront also. Freshstop can do nothing to my business i am teaching them boss.

lee"-Liyaquat Parker Look at the way he speaks to a customer that has a complaint, referring to me as boss (which states the obvious_attitude) and he says fresh stop can do nothing to him because he teaches them. Which means what to me? If this is the attitude Fresh Stop@Caltex is trying
