Verbally abusing customers

I have never received such terrible service! Earlier this morning I went in to buy a breakfast pie and it dropped as I tried to pull it out and put it in my packet, before i could even say anything one of the ladies that works there started shouting at me, "You better pay for that because its your fault! " she exclaimed. But I didn't say I wont pay for it ma'am, I'll pay for both the fresh one and the one that fell i replied. She continued shouting at me telling me that "I better" with a smug attitude and mumbled something else so I asked her if this is how all customers are treated here and she said yes this is how i treat all the customers now go pay. After telling her that the service she's extending to me is terrible and unnecessary as other customers were also getting involved now and it was becoming a scene she rudely snapped at me and said I should just pay. While all this was happening all the other shop attendants just stood there and said nothing. I really felt like a victim of stereotyping {That black guy is probably not going to want to pay for that anymore} probably what she was thinking as she attacked me. Never visiting a Caltex again thank you
