No delivery in a week

I bought and paid for a freezer iN Dec. I was arranging for my own van for delivery but it fell through. After calling me for 3 weeks to pick up my freezer, I have gone in and paid my delivery fee on Sunday so that game can deliver. I live 1km away. Even less... I was promised it was in the warehouse from Dec and that it'll be delivered Tuesday. I called the store@4 on Tues ands the guy said theyr stuck in germiston, bt he promises itl b here the same evening. NO ONE came! Wednesday I called I spoke to a floor manager who was at least helpful, she said itl b delivered thurs after 4. It is now thurs 7.40pm, no freezer. No call, no explaination. When the heck am I getting my stuff?? I live less than 1km away from the store! Terrible delivery policyand bad communication between store delivery company.
