No delivery or response on promised time

On 20 November I went to Game in Kimberley to buy a KIC 170L T/F, but there was no stock for that specific item which as on special as of 20 November 2013. I was then told that day that I could pay in the mean time and they will deliver as soon as the stock arrive, but when I went back on 26 November to enquire about the freezer I was informed that apparently there was still no stock. I was then later told that there were supposed to be 5 freezer that came on monday 25 November but nobody could tell me what happen to that. Avis who is the lady at that specific department told me that she had to get my freezer from another branch and that it will come on thursday 28 November and they will call me. As this is 18H56 on 28 November and the store has closed already I still have no freezer and no response as to where my freezer is of what happened to it
