No refund on i play product

My 2 boys receive i play cars that can drive on the walls and on the tiles but it gets stuck and sometimes does not want to go forward. They got it for chrismas from family from CT. I want to return te products to verimark at Game and they refuse to help us without a proof of purchase. We did not buy the toys, my kids got it for Christmas.
