Not receiving account statements

Yesterday I had a bad experience At Miladys Jacaranda Centre. I bought some clothes there at the beginning of November on my account. End of November I received no account and waited for December. End of December I still received no account statement so I went there personally. I asked the lady who was helping me why dont I receive accounts and she must please rectify it! She asked if I didnt get a sms and I said no. We checked all my details and it were correct. The end of January came and went and still no account. So I went there yesterday 5 February 2013 and again enquired why I dont get accounts. She had no answer for me but gave me a form that you complete when opening a new account. On it was a telephone number. She told me to phone them and ask them to send me an account. Surely this is not my job!! I am a valued customer and they must solve this problem as it is their fault and not mine. I told them I am not happy about this and it is their work. I paid my account in full and needless to say I dont know if they will see me again. What happened to good costumer care??
