I ordered choc chip muffin, not EGGSHELL muffin!!!

Today a group of us from work bought choc chip muffins, 2 out of the 4 were edible, the other 2 not so much.
1 had a nice large chunk of Eggshell in it! The other towards the middle apparently just didn't taste right. I understand small mistakes happen, but the Eggshell just wasn't a small piece.
What if someone choked on it? I would suggest being a little bit more careful.
I doubt i will buy any muffins from you again, its just gross and would expect better from a big company such as yours. When the advert on TV is about 'putting more in' i don't think they meant extra's such as Eggshell.
