BAD ATTITUDE & SERVICE

I gave a Princess Diana ring to Jewel Afrique to have the Sapphire set as it had fallen out. I also gave diamond watch as the glass had fallen out. I asked for a quote for both the ring and the watch, I received a quote for R900 for the ring and no quote for the watch, I agreed for the ring to be fixed at that price as they looked like a decent jewellers and I was assured by Sharon that great care would be taken. I then received an sms saying my jewelry was ready to collect, when i went, the watch was ready and not the ring, which was upsetting as I had not received a quote and it was R80 more expensive. I then went to collect the ring and it has not been set correctly, the stone is way too low. When I mentioned this to Sharon she wagged her finger at me telling me she thinks I am the kind of person who is never happy, I was shocked. I said again I have had this ring for more than 20yrs and I know how it should look I was told to prove it!! When I called to speak to what I had hoped would be a more reasonable husband Stephan, he told me I should e mai the picture. I was cut off from the call as my airtime finished, NO CALL BACK - NOTHING! Terrible service & customer care!!
