Poor Service and Bad Attitude

We have purchased a Lounge Suite from Rusells Overport and it was delivered Damaged, we brought it to the notice of the person who delivered the lounge and also took out pictures. Rico from Rusells overport was handling the query and tried his best to assist, however he was just temporary at Rusells Overport until the Manager came back from Leave, now Melanie (The Manager) is back and is of no assistance at all. She has bad attitude and does not get back to us with progress of the query, she is putting the onus upon us, the customer, to call and make arrangements to deliver the new lounge suite. She needs to go for Management and Customer Service Training as her attitude stinks and i am also going to report them to Consumer Watch. They make promises they can't keep. we waiting over 2weeks without the new Lounge but paying for the damaged lounge set. To get the business they worked very fast now that they have delivered a damaged lounge set and have the business they are relaxing and not bothered about the customer, seems like she is still on Holiday mode! Catch a wake up Rusells!
