NO COMMUNICATION AND WHEN CONTACTED

I bought the lonovo special from IC last year, my laptop broke early this year and i booked it in for repairs under guarantee the 19th of january 2013. the IT guy at the store told me that they will send the device to lenovo hq in joburg it was due to arrive that tuesday and they would contact me to keep me updated on progress. today is the 6th of feb and i havent heard a word from them except the 3 calls and 1 visit i made to them where they kept changing there story. one story was my pc was sent to cape town lenovo and then they had no parts and sent to joburg, (why did the first guy tell me its going straight to joburg?) this is taking a toll on the work i have to do on my laptop. im losing out big time. if there is such a problem why not replace my laptop. the sales people alsp keep lying, whenever i phone they apparently hearing from lenovo the next day and will promise to phone me, days always past ill phone again and again they will mention its happening the next day after i call. if this is the service this company offer ill have to buy my hardware elsewhere in future. at this moment i dont even know if my laptop is in tygervalley or joburg or cape town lenovo..very.
