I am not one to complain, however, I feel as though employees at GAME Stores do not know their company policies or they just don want to give the customers proper feedback (Game Cape Town).

Upon buying my laptop, I thought was getting a bargain! It was on sale! However, to my stupidity, I did not think of the interest that would occur and ended up paying double the price that I thought I would pay. When buying the laptop, I was not told about this interest and got a HUGE fright when seeing this big amount on my statement!

6 Months has now passed and the PC screen has given up on me. The PC is under warranty, however, I was told that I would need to pay =/- R2500 for GAME to repair it? The PC hasn't fell!!! It just stooped working! and i' m being charged the price of a new laptop to fix it? THEN WHATS THE POINT OF THE LAPTOP REPAIR?

I now need to pay for something that is a manufacturing fault, making me wonder about the quality of GAME store products!

The help I received at the Canal Walk Branch was great! However, when in the Cape Town store, I was treated like!

Well... one less customer for game I guess! My 1st and last time buying ANYTHING there!
