Ude consultant with no compation

I received a call today at 10:30 FROM lewis store head office and spoke to Adwina or Rowina. She spoke to like I was her long last friend she said Lizahn whats happening to your account why did you only make a payment last in 2012. I then advised her that my father has ill health and most my earnings go to his medical cost. I then asked why am I receiving a second call when I already spoke to someone on Friday. She never answered. She then asked if the goods are still at my property when I asked why she told me it doesn't matter. Now as a customer I need to know if debt collector's will be coming to my house because my father is a very ill Man at the age of 23 I had take of which bothers him because he alwas looked after his children. I will not allow my father to have a setback in his progress due to rude staff. I would like someone to call me back so that I can discuss the accout with respectable person iv tried seeking help from debt companies but thers fees still leaves me penniless. I do no appreciate the way I was treated today. I called cust services and im still waiting for a callback. I will be avail from 10am to 2:30 everyday this week please give me an urgent call.
