EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been calling the customer service line 08600212535 since way after 7 am, the voice mail states that office hours are between 7-5 on weekdays, it is 7:50 and the lines are still closed. This is very annoying. Are the staff to lazy to open the lines at 7 as stipulated. I will be settling my account and closing this account. This is pathetic, to top it all off I called the investor line just to find someone to speak to and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and put the phone down, when I called her back to tell her that was very rude she said she is sitting on switch board and has alot of calls. HONESTLY.
