Tears in new curtains

I bought the red diamond curtains at your N1 City branch in December, it took me an hour to take down my old curtains and to hang the new, only to discover tears all over both the new curtains I had just bought! I then went back to the N1 branch to check the other stock you had and all 8 you had wear damaged with either holes or tears. I was then sent to your Parow branch and all 6 had the same problem. It's bad enough that I now have your damaged curtains hanging in my lounge but none of your stores can help me replace it or find a replacement, all I'm told is that they are damaged and that they cant help me. I would like a resolve from your team as I am not willing to take time again to take them down when you cant find a replacement or better quality curtains. It is the first time that I have shopped at Street Sheet and a very bad first impression.
