Promises not kept and poor service... no service

I phoned to order the new Body shaper. They soon phoned me back and said as I was only the 2nd caller to order this brand new equipment, I have won a few items. They promised delivery the same Friday... it's now been 3 months and after numerous calls and trying to re-order nothing happened. Their service, they to get you to buy more things and if you do not want to buy extra things they have on special, you are not priority and they wright you off. I am furious!
