NO DELIVERY FOR 9 DAYS

I placed an order of 10 cases on 08/07/13 with Andries and today is the 16/07/13 still no order. I phoned him on 13/07/13 to make follow up on the order and he had no idea what happened to the order. I asked him to make follow up and come back to me which he never did. I phoned him on the 15/07/13 at 9a.m. to check what is happening and he did not have answers for me and I asked him to make follow up and come back to me. He phoned me ten minutes later to confirm the order and promised he will call me back. I phoned him again at 6:30p.m and still he did not know what happened to my order. All he kept saying is he has captured the order on the system on the 15/07/13. This is a problem I'm always facing when ever there is a new rep appointed as this was the 4th rep appointed in 2 years. I lost out on the sale of the ordered cases and my business reputation was compromised in the process.
