POOR QUALITY & LACK OF CONCERN FROM MANAGEMENT!

This problem seems to come my way all the time!

Chicken sold and supplied by the Spar, on numerous occasions are off and no attention or consideration is given to numerous customers that return these products time and time again!

I have written e-mails in 2013 in this regard, but met with a very non-nonchalant type of feedback!
It clearly seems to be a scenario of you buy or go somewhere else if you are not happy!

Why do you keep chicken in a fridge that clearly does not seem to maintain the correct temperature for such delicate foods?!
Why do you keep chicken till the last expiry/ sell by date and not rotate the goods timeously?!
Profits are your priority and not the welfare of your customers!
Is any consideration given that customers must drive 5kms and more to visit your store, get home and then have to drive back to the store, just to get a smug look from management and your money back and that's that?!
Jack up your service, products and attitude! The Spar brand has a reputation and this is not it!
