I had a previous account with you & contacted your head office over a week ago with regards to goods I wanted to purchase online. I explained clearly (I thought) what I wanted & how I wanted to pay. I had to do so numerous times to several staff members online, telephonically & in person. I was told all was in order & to come in to the branch to finalize. On arrival I was told you could not in fact do as I'd asked. I've since logged 2 complaints through your website & have had absolutely NO response - I was supposed to be waiting for Sharon Buthelezi to contact me. Obviously she never did, please could someone (anyone) contact me with regards this matter.
