What an amazing response!! Riccardo answered the phone with a tone of voice almost akin to that of a sales person who is simply waiting for a customer to call. He logged onto the web while I was on the line with him so that he could take a look at the special online that I was looking at as he was of the opinion that what Incredible Connection had advertised online to customers should be honoured. He also advised that he was uncertain about this product but he would contact Head Office and revert to me. He asked that I take his name down as he would accept personal responsibility for the call and if I would give him between 15 and 30 minutes he would get back to me with an answer. Within 15 minutes I had received a call from him. He advised that he could not get hold of Head office but didn't want to keep me waiting. He advised that he did not have the same accessories pack, but had something similar, in two variations, and if I could make it to his store, he would keep not only the PSP console and 2 games aside for me, but the 2 additional accessory packs too!
