Complaint on the 26/5 still not resolved!

Online order took 58 min to be delivered while on their website it said 40 min or free. The branch phoned me and told me that it might take up to an hour. I just wanted to know where in the terms and conditions, that I agreed to, it says that the 40 min or free may be orally amended. I called customer care and the branch manager phoned me back and technically told me that the online terms doesn't apply to her branch and that i must take this matter up with head office. Since then I phoned customer care three times, and still haven't heard anything from head office. A urgent response would be appreciated.
