Laptop ordered and laptop received differed

Last week (19 Feb) I ordered a laptop from the online Incredible Connection website. It was delivered to me by Friday (22 Feb) on the online advert it states that the laptop comes with 1 Terabyte hard drive. Upon closer inspection the laptop I received only has 640 gig hard drive. I went to Incredible Connection (Cresta) the same day, spoke to a sales manager named Kuben informing me the order from head office states that the laptop model should only have 640 gig memory and that I should call head office. I call head office on Monday (25 Feb) and speak to Justin Robinson. I explain the situation to him and he states he will talk to the marketing department maybe they made a mistake on the advert (false advertising). He'll get back to me in the afternoon. I call the head office again just after 14:00 to follow up, the receptionist states he's not in today. I ask to be put through to another agent or someone that can help me and the phone just rings and goes to voicemail. My laptop has a 7- 10 day return policy and I need to know whether to return it. This is false advertising and highly unprofessional behaviour. Someone needs to contact me pronto. My order number is 11436
